I have a Healthy Immune System

I am amazed at how healthy I am. I am very fortunate indeed. I do everything I can to keep it that way! 

I realize that my immune system is impacted by my beliefs. Luckily, I have positive beliefs surrounding my immune system.

My thoughts affect my immune system, too, so I maintain positive thoughts about my health.

I recognize that the words I speak out loud can also affect my immune system. Therefore, I make a point of choosing my words carefully. 

I also am aware of my actions. I take prudent health precautions that I know can keep me healthy, such as an active lifestyle, nutritious diet, and regular checkups.

I exercise regularly to strengthen my mind, body, and health. I choose my food very carefully. I research which foods boost my immune system and fill my plate with nutritious fruits, vegetables, and whole foods.

I am also blessed to be able to get all the sleep my body requires to maintain a healthy immune system.

I recognize the effect that stress has on the immune system. I partake in activities each day that relieve my stress and relax me, such as walking, hiking, sports, bubble baths, music, dancing, hobbies, and many more.

Today, I take my health seriously and create a lifestyle that supports vibrant health and a strong immune system.
